The U.S. government has found that two thirds of U.S. dieters regained all the weight they lost within a year and 97 percent had gained it all back within five years. We will encourage you, through hypnotic suggestion, to consume healthier foods and to only eat when you are truly hungry. We will help you overcome, through the power of hypnosis, the habit of eating when you are bored, lonely or depressed. You will eat only to provide the necessary energy to complete your day and nothing more. You will be motivated to make healthier food choices and to eat only when your body requires energy.
II.Water: Throughout this program, you will be encouraged to drink at least eight 8 Oz glasses of water each day. Water is the staple our body needs the most to maintain our health. Not only will water help you flush out the unwanted toxins in your system; it will help you suppress your desire to eat. Studies have shown that drinking water, our more importantly, keeping yourself hydrated, is extremely important to your overall health.
III.Portion Control: Portions in America are out of control. Throughout our program we will discuss and encourage you to eat only the amount of food necessary to maintain your desired weight. We will encourage you to eat slowly, enjoy what you are eating and eat only the amounts necessary to maintain your desired weight. We will also encourage you to eat well balanced, healthy foods while never forcing you to eliminate anything you enjoy. We only ask that you eat in moderation.
IV.Exercise: It will be difficult to meet your desired goal without some form of exercise. We will talk about what type of exercise you enjoy and will encourage you, through the power of suggestion in hypnosis, to partake in your favorite exercise. As we all know, exercise, in whatever form it takes, is a compliment to a weight loss program. It helps you burn the excess energy you have stored over the years in the form of excess weight. We will not suggest any exercise you do not like or can not do. It may be as simple as stretching or walking, but it will be something to help you stimulate your system to burn the excess stored energy you have accumulated.
